If you get any problems or questions, just ask the friendly team at the Student Hub. For example, if you lose your student I.D. card they will help you get a new one soon.

There is a lot of accommodation around the University. You can choose where you stay on the University website. It will give you a choice of offers, you can then pick the one you like most.

When you want a part-time job, just check your emails as you will receive frequent updates about different opportunities.

Get all the help you need

Starting university is exciting. But it can be a little daunting too. Especially if you’re studying in a new country. So, it’s reassuring to know there’s always help at hand.

Whatever you need help with, there’s plenty of advice and support on offer. Meaning before you even pack, you can access all the help you need.

This advice and support is just as much for postgraduate students and postgraduate researchers, as it is for undergraduates. So if you’re moving here for postgraduate study or research, we’ve got you covered as well.

Where to find help

The Aston Webb Student Hub is the place to go for any help and advice you need. It brings together a wide range of support, including our Student Information Team. From our Careers Network, Student Disability Services to mental health and learning support, or something simple like getting a new ID card. Everything is to hand in one place, on campus and online in the virtual Student Hub.
