Students are only eligible for International Clearing if you are classed as an overseas fee payer and have achieved your final academic requirement.

You will also have either:

  • Applied through UCAS for 2026 study and you have received your results, but you have not received an offer to study.
    or
  • You have not yet submitted an application through UCAS for 2026 study.

If you haven't received your results yet, such as A-levels, please do not complete the form below. You can register for a Clearing alert instead.

Meet the entry requirements

Please read our entry requirements on the course page, and your country specific requirements. For some areas we may consider applicants who have achieved slightly lower grades than our standard entry requirements. 

Meet English language requirements

Check that you meet our English language requirements. Students from some countries may be exempt or have other ways to meet the English Language requirements - please see your country page

Achieved your final academic requirement

Ensure you have details of your achieved qualifications or subjects that you have studied ready, including certificates and transcripts ready to upload to this form (A Levels, IB, foundation programme, or others). If you haven't completed your qualifications yet, please sign up for our Clearing alerts

UCAS Personal ID

Find your UCAS Personal ID number (if you have one). 

Supporting documentation

Provide us with a copy of your passport as part of your supporting documentation. 

Requesting to change your course

If you would like to be considered for a different course, please email us using the address provided in your offer letter. Please make sure you include your results. If you meet the entry requirements for the alternative course and places are available, we can update your offer.

If you have already been accepted for a course and have an Unconditional Offer, you should still email us. We will check availability and confirm whether you meet the requirements for the course you want to switch to. If a change is possible, we will let you know.

If you were previously rejected or unsuccessful earlier in the cycle, you may submit a Clearing enquiry for consideration.
