Edward Elgar recently published a new collection edited by IEL Director Professor Martin Trybus and Deputy Director Dr Luca Rubini entitled The Treaty of Lisbon and the Future of European Law and Policy. The 23 chapters of the book mostly originated as papers delivered at the 2010 Institute of European Law Conference on the Future of European Law and Policy - After Lisbon. The book includes chapters by Birmingham's Professor Anthony Arnull and Dr Martin Borowski.
Birmingham Law School's research assistant, Dominic de Cogan, and the IEL's Nina Boc contributed substantially to the completion of the final manuscript.
