Everyone needs some support from time to time. The University has a strong network of support services to help you make the most of your studies.

Student Support

Email the BIA Wellbeing Team

You will find out more about the support available at the BIA, including the social programme, at your Induction and Welcome event.

Attendance and academic engagement

The more you engage with your live teaching and online learning materials, the more likely you are to improve your English Language skills and successfully progress to your degree programme. All students are expected to follow the University's Code of Practice on Student Attendance and Reasonable Diligence which sets out the expectations for attendance and academic engagement.
