A double-blind multi-centre randomised controlled trial of the efficacy and mechanism of action of gabapentin for the management of chronic pelvic pain in women.

NIHR Efficacy and Mechanism Evaluation (EME)

The trial will be coordinated by a Trial Management Group, consisting of the grant holders (Chief Investigator and Principal Investigator in Edinburgh), a trial manager and coordinating nurse.

The trial office at the University of Birmingham Clinical Trials Unit (BCTU) is responsible for the day-to-day management of the trial.
