Network 1000 In 'Research' Research in VICTAR Vision 2020 supported by the Big Lottery Fund. Timeframe2006 - 2009 Network 1000 sought to survey the changing needs and circumstances of visually impaired people though a sample of 1000 visually impaired people from across the UK. Initially funded by Big Lottery Fund and VISION 2020 UK, follow up funds were provided by VISION 2020 UK, RNIB, Thomas Pocklington Trust and GDBA.
