If you want to have your own home without breaking the bank, our newly refurbished studios are for you. Our most affordable private accommodation at Pritchatts Park, they are nestled amongst residential houses, so you can enjoy being a part of the student and wider Brum community.

Your studio flat will sit apart from Pritchatts’ other residences, which means you can enjoy full privacy and independence, while still making the most of our village facilities. These include our new Pritchatts House hub, which boasts a pool table; laundrette; games room; bookable kitchen, study and activity rooms; and comfy lounge spaces.

You will also have access to pretty, landscaped gardens, which back onto our green village – perfect for relaxing in with your neighbours.
