Designed for optimum comfort and convenience, our Studio Apartment Plus residences are the largest of our student homes. Here you can enjoy full privacy and independence, apart from Pritchatts Park’s halls, while still making the most of everything the community has to offer.

This includes our new Pritchatts House hub, which boasts a pool table; laundrette; games room; bookable kitchen, study and activity rooms; and comfy lounge spaces. You will also have access to private landscaped gardens, which you will share with fellow postgrads.
