Your home

On Pritchatts Road, you’ll find 56 newly refurbished and spacious studio flats for postgrads, spread across four buildings. Nestled amongst residential houses, here you can be a part of both the student and wider Brum community.

Your studio will sit apart from Pritchatts’ other residences, which means you can enjoy full privacy and independence, while still making the most of our village facilities. These include our new Pritchatts House hub, which boasts a pool table; laundrette; games room; bookable kitchen, study and activity rooms; and comfy lounge spaces.
