Your postgraduate African Studies offer-holder hub

This is your dedicated MA Africa and Development hub where you'll find important information about your course before you start.

Congratulations on your offer to study at the University of Birmingham!

Congratulations from Ellie Dobson, Director of Admissions for the College of Arts and Law

My programme provides a rare speciality in International Development, through the lenses of the African context, adopting a comparative approach between the Global North and Global South. I am particularly fascinated by the multidisciplinary nature of the course.
