Virtual Reality Society

Virtual Reality Society logoWelcome to the University of Birmingham’s first ever Virtual Reality (VR) Society! Working out of the Emerging Technology Laboratory (ETL), we are hoping to give everyone an insight into the world of VR. Finding resources and learning about VR has always been difficult, so we want to be there for everyone who is interested! We will hold educational seminars throughout the year, work on VR projects in partnership with the faculty and hold socials with VR games.

So, boost your CV with industry recognised skills in VR, be ready for the future with this emerging technology and don’t forget to have fun!

To join and find out more, simply drop us an email on, join us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram with @uob_virtualreality. We also have a new YouTube Channel!
