Women in Finance is a society at the University of Birmingham with the aim to increase diversity in the financial industry and create a supportive network. Our mission is to empower students from any gender and degree background as we thrive to realise their full potential, as well as to provide them with employability support in pursuit of a career/in pursuing a career in finance.

- Our student groups are so unique that we have our own Fair so you can meet them! In the week of 12-16 October we introduced you to our incredible student groups with the first Virtual Fair. Watch the recordings here.
- We are trying to break the myth that STEM students can't join the financial or professional services industry! Your wide range of knowledge can contribute greatly to delivering best solutions to businesses worldwide.
- WiF had a wonderful term organising a broad range of career events like mock assessment centres with market-leading companies and joining the EPS Community (whoop-whoop!). Incoming president Cindy Khalista tells us more.
- The Women in Finance Society aims to draw career-curious students (both male and female) from a range of subjects together to help them tailor their careers and promote the advancement of women in the world of finance.
