The electronic transcription of Codex Sinaiticus made by a team at ITSEE is now available for download from the website www.codexsinaiticus.org
The download page, with a description of the XML encoding used, is www.codexsinaiticus.org/en/project/transcription_download.aspx
Since the transcription of Codex Sinaiticus, the IGNTP has developed a set of guidelines for the XML transcription of New Testament manuscripts, the latest version of which can be found on the University of Birmingham Institutional Research Archive. The IGNTP transcriptions are published online at www.iohannes.com.
As with all ITSEE transcriptions, these files are licensed as Creative Commons by-nc-sa to encourage their re-use: we would be glad to hear from projects or developers who go on to work with this data.
