The Advanced BlueBEAR course builds on the information provided in our Introduction to BlueBEAR training.
It covers a variety of topics which are chosen based on the cohort’s interests but will broadly include:
- advanced Slurm usage (including strategies for implementing array jobs)
- local storage
- Apptainer containers
- approaches to self-installation
- interactive jobs
Please note that previous experience of using Linux and BlueBEAR is required for this course.
