Ladder C Treatment Information

Step 1: Naproxen 250mg twice daily (with food)

Step 2: Stop Naproxen 250mg and add Naproxen 500mg twice daily (with food)

Step 3: Add Amitriptyline 10mg at night.

Step 4: Stop Amitriptyline 10mg add Amitriptyline 25mg at night.
