ROSSINI-Platform aims to recruit up to 26,000 patients over a period of 5 years from NHS Trusts across the UK.

Interventions

1) Bone flap wash and store in betadine vs. saline

2) Large volume wound irrigation vs. standard practice

3) Topical vancomycin into wound vs. none

Key Inclusion Criteria

Patients >12yrs undergoing craniotomy.
