Megan Burnett

Household-level environmentally sustainable behaviours and their spillover effectsMegan Burnett

Megan’s PhD is built on the scholarship of sustainable behaviour, multiple identities and joint decision making. Megan aims to understand how making decisions with others may alter an individual’s future behaviours. Specifically, Megan is investigating pro-environmental decision making among spouses. This PhD draws upon spillover literature which notes how performing one behaviour may increase, or decrease the likelihood of performing it a second time. Megan is concentrating on how differing levels of identification (notably, spousal) may alter the spillover of pro-environmental behaviours.
