Investor sentiment and M&A

The first research topic is about behavioral finance and M&A. In detail, it is about the relationship between investor sentiment and M&A. In this research, the returns of the acquirer, the payment method, the SPACs projects and other things are included. And there are five hypotheses in the research, for example, whether SPACs are more sensitive to investor sentiment compare with traditional M&A.

The postgraduate study is in Queen Mary University of London and the major Investment Banking. The undergraduate study is in Wuhan Institute of Technology, the major is Economics. Except campus study, there are some off-campus activities, like internship experience in a commercial bank in China.
