Tamoghna Bose graduated from Cardiff University in 2019. Cardiff University is recognized as one of the top government-funded universities in the United Kingdom. During his time at Cardiff University, he pursued an MRes Economics program as one of the select four candidates chosen by the prestigious Cardiff Business School.

Biography

Currently, Mr. Bose is engaged in doctoral research at the University of Birmingham, UK. His research focuses on microeconomic theory with a specific emphasis on its applications to the field of crime. He secured funding for his doctoral studies and has been conducting research in areas such as applied game theory and networking problems related to criminal activities. Some of the specific topics he has worked on include studying efficient criminal networks in the presence of infiltration, optimal informant selection for infiltration, and analyzing rivalries among criminal organizations. 

In addition to his research endeavors, Mr. Bose also contributes to the academic community as a part-time graduate teaching assistant. He has previously taught seminars at Cardiff University and currently continues to teach at the University of Birmingham. His teaching responsibilities encompass both undergraduate and postgraduate students. 

Furthermore, Mr. Bose holds the position of a part-time research fellow at Birmingham Business School alongside his pursuit of a Ph.D.
