Cerys Lewis
Senior Research Software Engineer (Web)
Cerys has over 20 years of full stack web development experience, using many languages and technologies. She has worked as part of the Research Software Group since 2018 and has developed a variety of web projects for researchers as well as contributing to internal software tools such as BEAR Identity and ServiceNow.
Prior to becoming an RSE for University of Birmingham, she worked for the University of Warwick on their internal coursework submission and portal software 'Tabula', and before that, had a background working in Retail Software, developing web applications and websites.
She is a graduate from Royal Holloway, University of London with a BA(Hons) in English Literature and has a strong interest in Digital Humanities.
